Because our products are food items, we generally cannot accept returns.

However, we want every customer to be happy with their order.

Eligible Issues

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order is missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos when applicable.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot provide refunds for:

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Orders that were consumed before concerns were reported

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers
